　　国际科技商务平台讯 （通讯员 李想）1月6日下午，来自英国、新西兰、赞比亚、柬埔寨、菲律宾等多个国家的长沙市人民代表大会受邀华侨代表一行考察湖南湘江新区，实地感受新区国际合作成果，共话长沙全球研发中心城市建设机遇。

　　On the afternoon of January 6, a overseas Chinese delegation of invited overseas Chinese representatives of the Changsha Municipal People's Congress from the UK, New Zealand, Zambia, Cambodia, the Philippines, and other countries visited Hunan Xiangjiang New Area. They conducted field visits to experience the New Area's achievements in international cooperation and discussed opportunities for building Changsha into a global R&D center city.

　　代表团一行首先来到国际科技商务平台和长沙国家海外人才离岸创新创业基地。对外科技交流中心相关负责人向代表们简要介绍了新区“1+1+N”国际合作服务体系。代表们边走边看，详细询问了平台引进境外商协会及离岸基地在全球布局海外工作站的具体情况，对新区坚持“政府搭台，机构唱戏”、高效链接全球创新资源的做法表示高度认可。

　　The delegation first visited the International Science & Technology Business Platform and the Changsha National Offshore Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base for Overseas Professionals. Relevant officials from the International Science & Technology Exchange Center briefly introduced the New Area's "1+1+N" international cooperation service system to the representatives. As they toured the facilities, the representatives asked detailed questions about the platform's introduction of overseas business associations and the specific global layout of overseas workstations by the Offshore Base. They highly expressed their appreciation for the New Area's approach of "government setting the stage, institutions playing the lead" and its efficiency in connecting global innovation resources.

　　随后，代表团走访了中非青年创新创业基地与进出口商品展示交易中心。在中非基地，代表们深入了解了中非青年创业孵化的“一站式”服务模式；在交易中心，琳琅满目的全球商品让大家直观感受到了新区跨境贸易的蓬勃活力与开放包容的发展氛围。

　　Subsequently, the delegation visited the China-Africa Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base and the Import and Export Commodity Exhibition and Trading Center. At the China-Africa Base, the representatives gained an in-depth understanding of the "one-stop" service model for youth entrepreneurship incubation between China and Africa. At the Trading Center, the dazzling array of global commodities allowed everyone to intuitively feel the vigorous vitality of the New Area's cross-border trade and its open, inclusive development atmosphere.

　　考察中，华侨代表们对湘江新区优越的营商环境与强劲的创新动能给予了高度评价。大家纷纷表示，将充分发挥自身融通中外的独特优势，积极宣传推介长沙，带动更多海外人才回乡创新创业。

　　During the visit, the overseas Chinese representatives spoke highly of the superior business environment and strong innovation momentum of Xiangjiang New Area. They expressed that they would fully leverage their unique advantage of connecting China with the world to actively promote Changsha and encourage more overseas talents to return home for innovation and entrepreneurship.

　　下一步，对外科技交流中心将依托平台优势，持续深化国际人才服务体系，加速全球创新要素集聚，为推动高水平对外开放注入新动能。

　　Next, the International Science & Technology Exchange Center will rely on the platform's advantages to continuously deepen the international talent service system, accelerate the gathering of global innovation elements, and inject new momentum into promoting high-level opening up.
